We send our orders via ‘International Priority’. Delivery is usually done in your home country by the regular postal service.


If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately and we will make sure we will resolve any issue you may have. We do our utmost to provide the highest quality of Habanos cigars, but as you know these are handmade products which can sometimes be less than 100 per cent perfect.


In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with the condition of any of our cigars or if you receive damaged merchandise, please contact us, and we will address each case individually. Once approved, you will be able to create and manage the returns through your LCDH St. Kitts shop account. Refunds must be approved by LCDH St. Kitts. Credit Vouchers or Refunds will only be issued once we have officially communicated to you confirming the reimbursement.


All rates and taxes applicable in the destination country shall be the responsibility of the customer. We suggest you contact your customs agency for further information. We will not be liable for any delay in the order delivery caused by customs services. Please note that we are not responsible for any duties, tariffs, taxes, or other restrictions imposed by the destination country. Tobacco-related laws differ from one country to another and any VAT, taxes, or customs, if applicable, shall be paid upon receipt of shipment. The customer is responsible to know their own country’s tobacco import laws, regulations and restrictions before placing their order.


We accept major credit cards. Pricing and processing is in US DOLLARS. Your credit card company will convert to your local country’s currency if you hold a credit card based in another currency. We do not control the exchange rate.
